Chick-fil-A may be best known for serving a great chicken sandwich, hot waffle fries and that oh-so-delicious Chick-fil-A Sauce, but our restaurants are also known for another secret sauce: our friendly team members. Maybe they’re happy because of easy access to chicken nuggets, or maybe it’s because they simply love serving guests. We are audacious enough to believe that a restaurant filled with exceptional, passionate team members committed to serving others can make our community a better place to live. We look for and select team members and leaders who align with our values of putting other team members first, serving guests well, taking ownership, who continuously grow, and are good stewards of what’s been entrusted to them. We at Chick-fil-A Lindale/North Tyler believe that everyone has the potential to be a leader and our leaders actively work to develop team members into leaders who will develop team members into leaders. We accomplish this through regular coaching and feedback in a way that is challenging but encouraging. That’s why most of our leadership team started off as a team member here at Chick-fil-A Lindale/North Tyler. We have many opportunities for team members to advance into various levels of leadership at our restaurant if they so choose and annually award tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships to team members at Chick-fil-A Lindale/North Tyler. The majority of our restaurant owners — including the one here at Chick-fil-A Lindale/North Tyler — started as a Chick-fil-A team member.
